    Mix the kalamata olives and feta cheese together.

    Then add the olive oil and all the spices. Zest some lemon zest into the bowl, about a teaspoon along with some fresh lemon juice (2 teaspoons). Chop some fresh parsley and slice fresh garlic and add that to the bowl. Mix well.

    Place olives and feta in the refrigerator and let it marinate at least 24 hours up to 7 days. The more days the better in terms of allowing the flavors to mingle and saltiness of olives to decrease.
