Ingredients
Pitted Kalamata Olives by Mezzetta

Feta Cheese
3 ounce
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ cup
Oregano, Ground

Mix the kalamata olives and feta cheese together.Step 2
Then add the olive oil and all the spices. Zest some lemon zest into the bowl, about a teaspoon along with some fresh lemon juice (2 teaspoons). Chop some fresh parsley and slice fresh garlic and add that to the bowl. Mix well.Step 3
Place olives and feta in the refrigerator and let it marinate at least 24 hours up to 7 days. The more days the better in terms of allowing the flavors to mingle and saltiness of olives to decrease.
