  • Step 1

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the arugula, mozzarella pearls, and black pepper, Slice the prosciutto into strips and add this into the bowl as well.

    In a small pan or pot, heat the tablespoon of olive oil over a low heat. Peel and smash your garlic clove, and place it in the oil. Heat your garlic clove in the oil for 2-3 minutes, or until the garlic-oil is very fragrant and the smashed clove turns a little golden.

    Simple drizzle the hot garlic oil, clove and all, over your salad. Toss it all together in your mixing bowl and enjoy!

          Very tasty! I put in a bit more garlic and had to use a larger fresh mozzarella and cube it.
