Reduced Sugar Craisin Dried Cranberries By Ocean Spray

Walnuts
1 tablespoon, chopped
Filberts, Raw
1 tablespoon, chopped
Sunflower Seeds, Raw
1 tablespoon, whole pieces
Spinach
1 cup, cut pieces
Scallions
1 small - 3" long
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Avocado

Salt, Sea Salt

Cauliflower Rice

Add the cauliflower rice to a mixing bowl.Step 2
Roughly chop the walnuts, filberts, cranberries and spinach and add to the mixing bowl along with the sunflower seeds and cauliflower rice.Step 3
Finely dice the avocado and slice the scallion. Add to the mixing bowl along with the other salad ingredients.Step 4
Season with salt and pepper and drizzle over the oil. Mix together well to combine before serving.
