Easy Carnivore Burgers

Indulge in the ultimate carnivore delight with our Easy Carnivore Burgers! These juicy patties are packed with flavor and are perfect for satisfying your meat cravings. With simple ingredients and quick preparation, this recipe is a go-to for busy weeknights or weekend grilling sessions. Whether you're following a carnivore diet or simply love a delicious burger, these mouthwatering patties are sure to become a favorite.

Can I use a different type of ground meat for these burgers?

Yes, absolutely! While the recipe calls for ground beef, you can easily substitute it with ground pork, ground turkey, or ground chicken to suit your taste preferences or dietary restrictions.

Can I freeze the uncooked burger patties for later use?

Yes, you can! Simply shape the meat mixture into patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze them until solid, then transfer the patties to a freezer-safe bag or container. They can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. When ready to cook, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight before cooking as directed.

Can I cook these burgers on a grill instead of a frying pan?

Absolutely! These burgers can be cooked on a grill for that classic charred flavor. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and grill the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Make sure to oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.

Can I make these burgers ahead of time and reheat them later?

Yes, you can! These burgers are great for meal prep. Cook the patties as directed, then allow them to cool completely before storing them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. To reheat, simply microwave the burgers until warmed through or warm them in a skillet over medium heat.

Can I customize the seasoning in these burgers?

Absolutely! Feel free to customize the seasoning to your taste preferences. Add your favorite herbs and spices such as paprika, onion powder, or dried herbs like thyme or rosemary to enhance the flavor of the burgers. Experiment with different seasoning blends to create your perfect carnivore burger!

Was so good the way I made it! I opted to use ground chicken (96% lean, 4% fat) I used a 16oz (1lb) package instead of 28oz. Because of this, I whisked together one egg but only used half of the mixture and cut all of the other measurements down a bit. Instead of using salt, I used celery salt a little under 1/8 teaspoon. I also added about 1/4 of a teaspoon of parsley and 1/8 teaspoon of onion powder. I used 1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder and added 1/8 pepper + sprinkled a little on top of the patties as they were cooking. Also because I didn’t have cheese slices I mixed shredded sharp cheddar cheese into the mixture before I put them on the pan. It was soooo good!! I hope you have as much success as i did with this recipe ❤️
