    Add the tuna, mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl. Roughly chop the capers and add to the bowl, stirring well to combine.

            I found a low carb mayo. Just check your local grocer and look at the labels. I've also seen some recipes floating around for keto mayo

            Costco carries Chosen® Avocado oil mayo. It's much cheaper there. OR, as suggested elsewhere, make your own. It takes about 10 minutes. There are recipes all over for mayo with boiled eggs, butter mayo, bacon fat mayo... Enjoy the exploration!

            I use primal kitchen Mayo. The ingredients are avocado oil, organic eggs and vinegar, sea salt and rosemary extract .
