Keto Asparagus with Smoked Salmon and Creme Fraiche

Ingredients
Asparagus
5 small - spear - 5" long or less
Creme Fraiche
1 tablespoon
Lemon Peel Or Zest Raw
1 tsp
Lemon Juice, Fresh
1 teaspoon
Dill Weed, Fresh
1 teaspoon, whole pieces
Olive Oil
1 teaspoon
Smoked Salmon
1 ounce
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Chop the tough ends from the asparagus and discard. Add the asparagus spears to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 2-3 minutes or until fork tender. Drain immediately then arrange side by side on a serving plate.Step 2
Whilst the asparagus is cooking, add the creme fraiche, lemon juice, zest, salt and pepper to a small mixing bowl. Finely chop the dill and add to the bowl and stir well to combine.Step 3
Roughly tear the salmon and arrange over the asparagus.Step 4
Top the salmon with the creme fraiche mixture to serve.

I am just making this recipe, the ingredients note olive oil, however it is not in the recipe instructions ?
