Ingredients
Okra
6 ounce
Ground Coriander
1 teaspoon
Gourmet Collection Smoked Paprika by Mccormick
1 tsp
Oregano, Dried
1 teaspoon
Lemon Peel Or Zest Raw
1 tsp
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Garlic Powder
½ teaspoon
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.Step 2
Clean the okra and slice off the tops and discard. Sprinkle the dried herbs, spices, lemon zest and seasoning over the okra.Step 3
Drizzle with the olive oil and use your hands to rub the spices and seasonings all over the okra.Step 4
Arrange across a shallow oven tray and transfer to the oven to bake for 18-20 minutes until tender and golden, turning halfway through.

This was SO DELICIOUS. Easy and tasty. The roasting left only the wonderful spicy okra flavor and there was not a hint of the sliminess that makes people turn away from this excellent veggie. Made it exactly as written. Thank you for this recipe.
