Extra virgin olive oil

Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp, grated
Garlic
2 clove
Paprika

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 450F/220C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Dry your cauliflower well and slice it in half, then slice those in half to create your steaks. Transfer to your baking sheet pan.Step 2
Mince the garlic and add it to a small bowl. Whisk in your olive oil, 2 tbs grated parmesan, paprika, chili flakes, and salt. Brush the steaks with this mixture ensuring to coat the front, back, and sides.Step 3
Add ½ cup of grated parmesan to a bowl. Dip one side of each steak into the freshly grated parmesan and place it parmesan side down on the sheet pan. Transfer to the oven.Step 4
Bake for 10 minutes, then drop the heat to 425F/210C and bake for 20 more minutes until the bottom is golden and crispy. Remove from the sheet pan and serve crispy side up.Step 5
