Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Slice the tomatoes in half.Step 2
Transfer the tomatoes to the prepared baking dish. Season with some salt and pepper. Optionally, season with some red pepper flakes or dried herbs. Bake for 20 minutes.Step 3
Meanwhile, season the fish fillets with salt and pepper on both sides. Optionally, lightly brush the fillets with some olive oil. Let the fish sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.Step 4
Cut the asparagus into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the green chili pepper. Slice the garlic. Remove the tomatoes from the oven and add the asparagus and fish fillets. Top with butter, green chili, garlic, lemon, and fresh thyme sprigs. Bake for 30 minutes at 400°F (200°C).Step 5
When done, remove from the oven and transfer to serving plates. Optionally, garnish with some more fresh thyme or lemon slices. Serve immediately.
