Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350F/180 C and keep a baking dish on standby. Lightly season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place the chicken in the baking dish. Set aside.Step 2
In a small pan over low heat, melt the butter. Mince the garlic, finely chop the parsley, and add them to the pan. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.Step 3
Pour the garlic butter over the chicken. Transfer the baking dish to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Sprinkle the cheese on top and return to the oven.Step 4
Turn the broiler on to high and bake until the cheese is golden. Take the dish out of the oven and let the chicken cool for 10 minutes before handling. Serve with your preferred side dish.

I added some basil, oregano and mild cheddar I didn't have parma on hand. Served broccoli, spaghetti squash and tomatoes on the side. Got my daily serving of veggies lol

I added some bacon crumbles and instead of doing a whole 1/4c parsley I did an 1/8 parsley and 1/8 Italian seasoning!

Made this recipe- modified a little. I used about half of the parsley- then instead I added dried rosemary, dried basil, and a touch of dried oregano. It was SOOO AMAZING. My 15 year old helped - who usually hates cooking- and she was also in love with it. She told me she wants to make it again it was so good! I’m also not a leftover chicken girl.. but I reheated it (cut up) on the stove (covered), and it was justttt as amazing!

Loved this! Took some other reviews advice and added some green beans before the broil and served over a 1/2 cup of cauliflower rice. Definitely will make this again.

This recipe sounded kind of bland to me, but because of the reviews and it was so easy I made it but it was a little bland. I used boneless skinless chicken breasts, added broccoli and was out of parsley so I subbed oregano. It was ok, much better after I added fresh lemon juice, olive oil and garlic powder. The tasty part is in the parmesan. I would use bl skinless tenders pounded thin next time so that the parmesan would cover more of the chicken, add more garlic, and add lemon and olive oil to taste and reduce the cooking time.

So quick, easy and delicious. I added the fresh broccoli before broiling and it came out amazing. I also added fresh shaved parmigiana and it browned and bubbled beautifully.

I have to offset the high protein with a fat bomb for dessert. Other than that, my family love it even my picky eater toddler.

Hi why do you have to do that. Sometimes I find it hard to keep protein low. Should I add more fat to counteract when this happens? Only thing is app tells me had to much fat then

I just use salted sweet cream. Unsalted would be fine too. As long as it’s butter and not an butter alternative.

I added broccoli florets in the “unoccupied” spaces in the pan and basted it with the pan juices. I sprinkled cheese over the broccoli as well.

I used tenders and they were a little chewy, but very tasty and simple. I’m wondering if pre-grated cheese would work a little better. I grated from a wedge and as parmesan does, it globed together. But a definite go to for a satisfying entree!
