Keto Chocolate Nut Clusters

39 ratings

These are so simple to make, but pack such a wonderful flavor! They make a great pick me up or mid-afternoon snack. Find a deluxe nut mix that does not include peanuts (as they are not allowed on keto). The mix I used had cashews, almonds, pecans, hazelnuts and pistachios. 9 oz of nuts is about 2 1/4 cup mixed nuts.

Awesome recipe BUT 5g net carbs per cluster. That’s a problem when only allowed 2g of snacks.

So I need a little help? This makes 12 clusters but a serving size is only 1/4 of a cluster? Am I reading this right? Or is this just adjusted due to my macros for the day?

For accuracy purposes I believe each is 3.5 oz or 100 grams.

I am reading it as one serving is one cluster. So there should be 12 servings.

I’m confused on the amount of carbs in the recipe. I used Hershey’s sugar free chips but the nutrition label said 9g of carbs per Tbsp and 15 servings (Tbsp) per bag. Am I using the wrong kind of chips?

Can you use Hershey coco powder instead? What would be the measurement equivalent?

You need to add a sweetener but won't be as creamy, maybe add some butter or cream..mix real good then add nuts..better with the chocolate chips..they it!

How is this possible on this diet???? OMG this is so damn good!!! I’ll probably make this a couple times a week to have as a snack. It totally helps with my chocolate cravings! The ONLY down part is the calories because you will want to eat ALL!

Okay this is amazing! I used exactly 9oz of Hershey Sugar free chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and exactly 9oz planters mixed nuts. I put them into little cupcake liners and they’re perfect! Was not runny at all and omg the chocolate was orgasmic 😂

I would like to know this too! Hard to believe one small cluster is over 200 calories!

5 carbs per serving. This makes 12 and 1 cluster is a serving.

Sorted! Ice cube tray, then freeze for an hour- they pop out no problem and you get more.....

Taste is delicious however it was incredibly runny. Tried adding more nuts and still runny. And my sauce only made 6, not 12.

Delish but any hints about the ratios? My mix was quite runny & I ended up adding another 4oz nuts to make it bulky enough to pile up!
