Keto Crock Pot Chicken Taco Lettuce Cups
Enjoy this recipe as a cold snack or a hot lunch! Shredded chicken is super tender from a crockpot bake before being mixed with tangy sour cream and plenty of lime juice and cilantro. A crisp lettuce cup is the perfect vessel to make this an easy finger food.

Can this be done in in instant pot instead of crock pot, how do you adjust? Thanks

I am very disappointed in the recipes. How does 14 oz of chicken make a gallon and be 3796.8 calories. Someone’s needs to be an editor

Hi there, 14 oz of chicken results in 4 lettuce cups. 1 serving (2 lettuce cups) is only 450 calories. All the nutritional information is posted at the top of the recipe.

My bad..it says 2 lettuce cups not 4.

Where does it say it makes a gallon? I missed that. It seems it makes 4 lettuce cups. Did you perhaps move the amounts?
