Keto Pan Roasted Asparagus

6 ratings

If you’re looking for a healthy side to your meal, this pan roasted asparagus is an excellent choice! These green veggies are low on carbohydrates. They’re firm enough to cook to a nice crisp, so the edges give you a little crunch and the inside of the vegetable is tender. You only need 4 ingredients to cook your asparagus, so this is an easy recipe!

Cut off the tips? That’s the best part. I don’t understand why you would do such a thing. What do you do with them after you cut them off? I would think you would add them back in when you sauté them in butter. I think this recipe is not complete.

Do you have to dice the asparagus? This looks interesting as I have never cooked asparagus on the stove.

                Low-carb asparagus. Isn’t that pretty normal? I don’t think I’ve ever seen high-carb asparagus.
