Red Bell Peppers, Raw

Yellow Bell Peppers, Raw
½ medium - 2 1/2" diameter x 2 3/4"
Fennel Bulb, Raw
½ cup, sliced
Garlic, Fresh

Arrange four wooden kebab skewers in water to soak for 20 minutes.Step 2
Slice each sausage into one inch pieces.Step 3
Slice each pepper into four even strips and slice the fennel into quarters. Add to a mixing bowl and along with the minced garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.Step 4
Dividing the meat and vegetables evenly, thread the sausages, peppers and fennel on to each of the kebab skewers.Step 5
Preheat the broiler to medium, arrange the kebabs side-by-side on a grill tray and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through. The pork should be thoroughly cooked through and the vegetables tender.
