    ½ cup, sliced

  • Step 1

    Arrange four wooden kebab skewers in water to soak for 20 minutes.

    Slice each sausage into one inch pieces.

    Slice each pepper into four even strips and slice the fennel into quarters. Add to a mixing bowl and along with the minced garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.

    Dividing the meat and vegetables evenly, thread the sausages, peppers and fennel on to each of the kebab skewers.

    Preheat the broiler to medium, arrange the kebabs side-by-side on a grill tray and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through. The pork should be thoroughly cooked through and the vegetables tender.
