Keto Sticky Mustard Ribs

10 ratings

Pork ribs are perfect for any type of season. When it’s hot out, a simple marinade with blackened grill marks will do the trick. For all other seasons, these sticky mustard ribs are the way to go. Baked to a tenderness and then broiled to a crisp, these ribs have the perfect crispy/melty texture.

Recipe Steps

  • Step 1

Lay a large piece of foil flat on a clean surface, and lay the rack of ribs in the center. Sprinkle the salt, pepper, onion powder, and mustard powder over the top of the ribs, and gently press the seasonings into the meal.
    Step 1
  • Step 2

In a bowl, whisk together the mustard and worcestershire sauce. Use a spoon or marinade brush to coat the top and sides of the ribs with half of the mustard mixture. Place the thyme sprigs on top of the ribs as well.
    Step 2
  • Step 3

Wrap the foil tightly around the ribs, and allow the ribs to marinate in a refrigerator for up to 6 hours. After the marinating time, with the ribs still wrapped in foil, bake the ribs in a 300 degree oven for up to 3 hours.
    Step 3
  • Step 4

After the first bake, turn the oven heat up to 375 degrees. Unwrap the ribs and place the foil on a sheet tray or baking rack. Spread the remaining mustard mixture over the top of the ribs. You do not have to use all the remaining marinade if you don’t wish to. Bake the ribs, uncovered, for up to 10 minutes to give the ribs a browned, slightly crispy top.
    Step 4
  • Step 5

Allow your ribs to cool slightly before serving and enjoy!
