Low Carb Greek Yogurt Dipped Strawberries

This easy treat can be either a healthy dessert or an indulgent snack for anyone with a sweet tooth! No white chocolate here, unlike the yogurt-dipped strawberries you may have had elsewhere. Simply sweetened with a little stevia, this treat can’t be beat!

  • Step 1

In a bowl, whisk together the greek yogurt, vanilla, and stevia. Make sure no lumps are left in the yogurt.
    Step 1
  • Step 2

One by one, dip each strawberry into the greek yogurt, scrape off any excess yogurt, and arrange them on a plate or sheet tray lined with parchment paper. You can leave the ends with leaves on or remove them before dipping.
    Step 2
  • Step 3

Freeze the strawberries for a minimum 30 minutes. This will freeze the yogurt and leave the strawberries very cold. You can freeze for longer for a more firm or icier treat. If your strawberries become too frozen, transfer them to a refrigerator until they are at the consistency you enjoy.
