Bacon
10 slice - 6" long
Brussels Sprouts, Raw
10 sprout
Thyme, Fresh
2 teaspoon, chopped
Maple Flavored Syrup by Lakanto
1 tablespoon
Mustard
1 teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon
Salt, Sea Salt
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.Step 2
Arrange the bacon strips across a sheet of baking paper.Step 3
Add the mustard, maple flavoured syrup, thyme and salt to a small mixing bowl. Stir well to combine.Step 4
Brush each bacon strip with the dressing.Step 5
Trim the sprouts and discard any outer leaves. Sit one sprout at the end of each bacon strip and roll in the bacon until completely wrapped all over.Step 6
Place the wrapped sprouts seam side down on the lined baking tray and sprinkle with black pepper.Step 7
Transfer to the oven to roast for 18-20 minutes until the bacon is golden brown and the sprouts are cooked through.
