Keto Air Fryer Pepperoni Pizza
Keto air fryer recipes are an excellent way to save time when cooking delicious meals for your family. This Keto pepperoni pizza recipe is one of those you definitely wish to have on hand. The crust is very easy to prepare and you don't need yeast to get perfectly chewy results. This recipe is great for your air fryer but it will also work very well in the oven. As for the topping, you can experiment with various types of cheese, tomatoes, or herbs – as long as you keep everything low-carb and Keto-friendly. Serve your pizza with a drizzle of Keto ketchup, low-carb mayonnaise, fresh arugula, or olives. The options are endless!
The pizza dough is too sticky to work with. What can I do?
Depending on the type of almond flour you're using, pizza dough can sometimes be a bit too sticky and very difficult to work with. In that case, dust with some more almond flour and try again. Also, make sure to refrigerate the dough before shaping the crust.
What other types of cheese can I use?
As with regular pizzas, you can use pretty much every type of cheese you like. However, make sure the type of cheese you're using is Keto-friendly. You can also combine several types of cheese or avoid it completely. It's totally up to you!

Step 1
In a large bowl, add the almond flour, coconut flour, xanthan gum, baking powder, salt, oregano, dried chives, and pepper. Mix well to fully combine. Optionally, add a pinch of garlic powder.Step 2
Put the butter in a microwave-safe dish and microwave until completely melted. Crack the eggs into a large bowl and add the melted butter. Using a hand mixer with whisking attachments, beat until completely combined.Step 3
Stir in the dry mixture. Using a hand mixer with dough hooks, beat until completely combined, making sure to break any lumps. The dough should be slightly sticky but firm.Step 4
Lightly grease your hands with some coconut oil. Knead the dough into a ball. Cover with a piece of plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes. You can skip this step but we highly recommend it – it will make the dough much easier to work with.Step 5
Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Cut the ball into 2 equal pieces. You will get two pizza crusts, approximately 8 inches in diameter.Step 6
Place the dough on a large piece of parchment paper. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough until a half inch in thickness. Use your hands to shape the dough into a pizza shape. Poke a few holes with a fork.Step 7
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Line the bottom of the air fryer basket with parchment paper and carefully place the pizza crust in it. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden brown on top.Step 8
When done, spread the pizza sauce over the crust. Top with the sliced pepperoni and shredded mozzarella. Optionally, sprinkle some more dried oregano on top. Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the cheese has melted.Step 9
When done, carefully remove the pizza from your air fryer. Transfer to serving plates and slice immediately. Serve with your favorite Keto dips or fresh vegetables.

What kind of pizza sauce did you use? And if a serving size is 2.6 ounces, how many ounces is a whole pizza?

Definitely way too many carbs for such a small serving. Might as well eat a banana

I don't get cravings for bananas. I do get cravings for pizza and the carbs are way higher when I satisfy the craving.

that won’t satisfy a pizza craving…
