To make the pumpkin syrup, add the almond milk, xylitol, coconut oil, pumpkin puree, and all the spices to a small pan over medium heat. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce to a simmer stirring regularly until a thickened syrup forms. About 5-6 minutes.Step 2

Are yiou sure this macro info is correct? 19g of carbs? That's more than my entire day's allotment! If this is right, drop keto from the name and call it low carb.
