I used a small ice cream scoop for perfect equal size and the same weigh.

Very yummy. A serving is quite big - 100g?

I’m assuming it unsweetened creamed coconut right?

Sure it looks delicious, but it's too bad that it doesn't have a proper servings size like a keto dieet needs.

You can make it any serving size you want. See the ‘+’ and ‘—‘ signs next to the serving size? You can increase and decrease serving and make the amount you want. It’s too bad you didn’t see that for yourself.

I made this & cut it into small pieces not thinking about how I was going to count it? Does anyone know what weight a serving would be?

If you make it for 8 servings you then cut it into 8 pieces. If you adjust serving size at the top of the recipe, which will adjust the ingredient amounts, then you just cut it into the number of pieces that correspond DHS to the servings you made.

I would say, next time just divide it into 8 squares. And then from there you can do bite size pieces

Can coconut butter be subbed for coconut cream? Can another natural sweetener be subbed, like liquid monk fruit? What size square is one serving according to the nutritional info?

Should these be stored in the freezer or in the fridge?

Coconut oil will harden above room temp, so I think fridge would be fine.

I was going to exclude the sweetener or use a little melted monk fruit or even use lemon juice instead.

You buy it in cans or tetra packs. I’m sure it can be made too, from scratch! IF you do, please share!
