Low Carb Cheesy Portabella Skillet

What starts as a side dish turns into a genius addition to a vegetarian meal. Meaty portabella slices are served in a piping hot skillet full of bubbling cheddar cheese sauce. You can turn this into a meal by serving over zucchini noodles, spaghetti squash, or cauliflower rice. There’s enough cheese sauce to lay thick on your plate!

i’m confused on the serving portions? With 600 cal there that must be for the whole thing? And then you figure back proportion with how far you make it go? I have all the ingredients so I’m going to try it tomorrow but I’m going to cut back on the cream and add an egg and an egg white and hope it comes out a bit like a frittata!

One serving is 4-5 slices of portabella with sauce. The cream based sauce is where most of the calories come from, since it's so high in fat.

It looks like the recipe is suggesting that it is two servings. Four or five slices of the mushroom with adequate sauce. Equals one serving. And one serving appears to be approximately 600 cal
