Step 1
Preheat your oven to 475 F/230 C and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Pat the chicken wings dry and transfer them to a bowl. Drizzle 1 tbsp of melted butter and toss well, ensuring all the wings are well coated.Step 2
Add the salt and pepper and toss again. Arrange the wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Transfer to the oven.Step 3
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and crispy. In the meantime, mince the garlic and chop the parsley. Stir them with 3 tbsp of melted butter and parmesan cheese in a large bowl.Step 4
Add the wings to the parmesan mixture and toss until well-coated. Transfer them to a large plate or platter and top with more grated Parmesan, if desired. Serve immediately!
