Scallions
4 small - 3" long
Coconut Oil
1 tablespoon
Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon
Tamari Sauce
1 teaspoon
Lime Juice, Fresh
1 teaspoon
Red Cabbage
⅓ small - head - 4" diameter

Step 1
Remove the tips of the scallions and any stringy outer leaves and discard. Slice the scallions lengthwise into thin strips.Step 2
Slice the cabbage into 1/2 inch strips. Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over a medium/ high heat. Add the cabbage strips and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.Step 3
Add the scallion strips and stir well. Cook for a further 2 minutes until the scallions are tender and starting to wilt a little.Step 4
Remove the pan from the heat and add the tamari, sesame oil and lime juice. Stir well to combine.
