Keto Ham + Blue Cheese Plate

I love the combo of ham and blue cheese! This plate is very easy to put together for a quick lunch or dinner, especially if you are the only one in your household on a diet. The best thing about this meal is that it looks so gourmet and it’s packed with some healthy fats!

Love these miscellaneous plates!!! Pumpkin seeds instead of walnuts and zucchinis in place of radicchio also because it was on hand...added some marinated mushrooms and voilà!

Seriously? This one little plate has 132% of your DAILY recommended salt/sodium allowance all by itself! Beware those who swell up from sodium!

I actually just made a salad out of mine and it was great!

This looks good! How to you eat it? Separately? Rolled up like lettuce cups?

Rolling it up is a great idea! I like to eat the parts together in different combos until the plate is gone!
