Keto Christmas Snowball Cookies

The holiday season is all about indulging in delightful treats, and these Keto Christmas snowball cookies fit perfectly in the holiday theme. With their rich flavors and melt-in-your-mouth texture, they make for a satisfying option among Low-Carb holiday desserts. Crafted with wholesome ingredients, these cookies allow you to enjoy festive flavors without straying from your Keto lifestyle.

Can you freeze these snowball cookies?

Yes, you can freeze these snowball cookies! Once baked and completely cooled, store them in an airtight container or freezer bag. They can be frozen for up to two months, making them an excellent option for preparing ahead of time. Allow them to thaw at room temperature before enjoying them, and you can roll them in powdered Low-Carb sweetener again for a fresh look.

What to do when your snowball cookies fall apart?

If your snowball cookies fall apart during baking or handling, don’t worry! This can happen if the dough isn’t chilled properly. To avoid this, make sure to freeze the dough balls for at least an hour before baking. If they still crumble, try adding a bit more almond flour to the mixture to help bind them. When rolling, handle them gently to maintain their shape.

Can this recipe be customized?

Absolutely! These snowball cookies are highly customizable. Feel free to switch up the nuts, for instance, pecans or hazelnuts can provide a unique flavor twist. You can also experiment with extracts, such as almond or coconut, to add a different dimension. For a touch of festive flair, consider adding unsweetened shredded coconut to the dough or topping. These simple adjustments will make your cookies unique while keeping them within your Keto-friendly framework.
