    In a bowl or baking dish, add the coconut milk and melted coconut oil. Whisk together until well combined. Add the vanilla extract, roughly chopped chocolate bar, and half the amount of the chocolate chips. Mix until well combined.

    Cover the dish with plastic wrap and gently press it down just until it touches the top surface of the ice cream mixture. Transfer the dish to the freezer and chill for about 1 hour. After 1 hour, mix well and allow any frozen pieces to melt for about 10-15 minutes before mixing one last time.

    The recipe doesn’t show how many chocolate chips but it is in the instructions so I didn’t use chocolate chips at all. I’m going to use a small amount of chocolate syrup at the end and see how that works
