Chicken Breast Deli Rotisserie Seasoned Sliced Prepackaged
4 slice
Raw Egg
3 medium
Oregano, Dried
1 teaspoon
Butter, Unsalted
1 tablespoon
Mozzarella Cheese
½ cup, grated
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and add the oregano, salt and pepper, beat together well to combine.Step 2
Heat the butter in the skillet over a medium heat and add the beaten egg. Leave to settle and cook through.Step 3
Scatter the grated cheese over the cooked omelette and allow to melt.Step 4
Carefully remove the omelette from the skillet, place on a clean worktop and leave to cool. Arrange the chicken slices over the cooled omelette.Step 5
Carefully roll the omelette up into a log shape.Step 6
Using a sharp knife, carefully slice the omelette into 8 even segments.

I’d think if the egg and mozzarella were cool first, before adding the chicken it should be fine- but probably wouldn’t last too long ?

This was an easy and filling meal, I used ham because I didn’t have deli chicken
