Abia but too much lemon for me. I'll use less next time or replace it with wine

I loved this recipe! It didn't crisp the way I thought it should, but the flavors of the butter, seasonings and lemon juice with capers was amazing! Will definitely be adding this to my favorites!

This was so delicious. So full of flavor. I kept dipping my fish back into the sauce. Everyone loved this. Plus for my family members that like it spicy I added a good pinch of red pepper flakes and for those of us that don’t like it spicy I went light. This will definitely be part of our rotation. Other than that I made this exactly as written.

So is one cod serving 3oz before or after cooking?

Excellent! A new favorite. Once the fish is cooked, I move it to an oven-proof plate, and then into my preheated toaster oven to keep hot. Then I add and sauté a bunch of veggies in the pan with the fish’s lemon sauce, adding a bit more olive oil and seasonings to taste, for a very wonderful meal. Yum!
