Greek Yogurt, Plain, Premium

Vanilla Extract

Step 1
In a small bowl, stir together both ingredients. Make sure the greek yogurt is lump free. At your discretion, you may add your favorite keto sweetener too.Step 2
Transfer the yogurt to either a pastry piping bag or a ziploc bag with a corner cut off. Squeeze approx 24 portions onto a sheet tray lined with parchment paper. Each meltaway is about 1 ¼ tsp in size.Step 3
Set the tray in the freezer for at least 1 hour. Enjoy cold, straight from the freezer!

I think these need something other than vanilla in them. They end up chalky and plain. Adding berries or maybe sprinkles will help. I’m eating them with almond butter and it helps with the texture.
