Why should I drink tea on the Keto diet?

Drinking more fluids is definitely recommended as a part of a healthy diet, but drinking fluids such as tea has even more potential benefits for your overall health and wellbeing. Mint tea is known and used for its amazing ability to calm your upset stomach. Besides, what can possibly be better than a cup of warm tea during a long and exhausting day?

I don't like lavender. Can I use something else?

Lavender definitely has a unique flavor not everyone is accustomed to. If that is your case, you can simply double the amount of dried mint and replace the lavender completely. Another great idea is to use the same amount of dried thyme. It works perfectly with mint.
