Brussels Sprouts
20 sprout
Prosciutto
10 slice
Cream Cheese Spread
10 teaspoon
Parmesan Cheese

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.Step 2
Trim the tough bases and remove any wilted outer leaves from the sprouts. Add to a pan of boiling salted water and simmer for 3-4 minutes until just tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.Step 3
Roughly tear each strip of prosciutto in half. Spread a quarter of a teaspoon of cream cheese over each piece of ham and then sprinkle each with parmesan.Step 4
Place a sprout in the center of each piece of prosciutto and wrap the ham up around the sprout in a tight parcel.Step 5
Arrange across a shallow oven tray and transfer to the oven to bake for 12-15 minutes until the ham is crisp and golden.
