S’mores consist of melted marshmallows and chocolate sandwiched between 2 graham crackers. This frappe is a caffeinated, deconstructed beverage version of this popular dessert. The marshmallow flavor is from the sugar-free toasted marshmallow syrup. This ingredient might not be the most accessible, but it makes all the difference in this Keto s’mores frappe. You can find it online, which might be worth ordering if you plan to make this recipe more than once. The graham cracker element is from the almond flour toasted in butter. You can crumble Keto graham crackers if you have some on hand. As for the chocolate element, we used sugar-free chocolate sauce. You don’t have to stop there; feel free to add whipped cream for some extra richness.

Step 1
Add the butter to a small pan and let it melt over medium-high heat. Add the almond flour and stir until golden. Stir in a dash of cinnamon powder and set it aside.Step 2
Prepare a glass by drizzling 2 tbsp of chocolate sauce onto the inside. Add the cold coffee, heavy cream, syrup, ice, and most of the crumb (reserving 1 tsp for garnish) to a high-speed blender. Blend until thick and smooth.Step 3
Pour the beverage into the prepared glass. Top with marshmallows and toast them using a kitchen torch. Sprinkle with the remaining crumb, drizzle the remaining chocolate sauce, and serve.

This is pretty good as a snack, but not sure if its worth 558 calories as it is somewhat flat in flavor. I will make again, as I love frappes but only as a special treat.
