Keto Gingerbread Fat Bombs
These sweet Keto treats are a little bit fat bomb, a little bit cake, and rich with warming gingerbread spices. Our easy Keto gingerbread fat bombs are simple to prepare and just require some chilling time to set and firm. These are a great snack to keep in the fridge, perfect to help give you a healthy boost of fats throughout the day. Alternatively, these make a delicious after-dinner treat.
What are Fat Bombs?
Keto fat bombs are bite-sized snacks similar to protein or energy balls, but with an emphasis on high-fat content. The idea is that fat bombs not only provide a healthy alternative to traditional snacks but can also be a great way to increase your fat intake for the day. Fat bombs can be sweet or savory, and you will find a range of delicious Keto fat bomb recipes in our sides and desserts sections.
Hints and Tips
We have flavored our Keto fat bombs with gingerbread spices - perfect for Fall. If you wish, you could use an alternative seasoning such as pumpkin spice or even add some unsweetened cocoa powder. The fat bomb mixture sets when it is chilled as the coconut oil and almond butter firm in the fridge. It is best to roll the fat bombs with cold hands so that they retain their shape. Once shaped, they can be returned to the fridge to firm up again if needed. Please be sure to adjust your macros to account for any changes made to the original recipe.
