Cabbage

Red Cabbage
1 cup
Lemon Juice

Step 1
Crush the garlic and heat the oil in a skillet over a low/medium heat. Add the garlic and sweat gently until tender.Step 2
Thinly slice the cabbage and roughly tear the kale leaves, discarding any stems. Add to the pan along with the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.Step 3
Cook over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until tender and slightly golden at the edges.

Can you use something besides for kale? Don't care for kale, collards or arugula.
