Keto Buttered Mushrooms and Asparagus

5 ratings

These zesty roasted mushrooms and asparagus are baked until tender in aromatic garlic, lemon and butter.

These make a great side to white fish, chicken or pork.

This was so very yummy. But it’s not enough for two people unless you’re having another side as well as your entree with this. But nevertheless, it was delicious. Quick, easy and so much flavor added with seasoned butter. I made it exactly to recipe. One thing I will add, depending on the thickness of your asparagus, you should monitor how quickly the asparagus is roasting. I prefer thinner stalks so they will roast up much faster so I put the asparagus on the tray then put the mushrooms on top so the asparagus didn’t cook too fast.
