Ingredients

  • Parmesan Cheese

    8 slice - each 0.1 ounce

  • Black Pepper, Ground

  • Oregano, Dried

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Arrange 1 TB portions of parmesan on your tray, spreading them out into thin circles.

    Slice and arrange small slices of pepperoni on each portion of parmesan. Follow this by sprinkling the seasonings over each portion.

    Bake the tray for about 12-14 minutes, until the parmesan bubbles, turns golden, and hardens into a chip.

          I believe the carbs on these are almost zero per one chip. Great Value pepperoni has only 1 carb per 15 slices and Lucrene Parmesan is zero. If using herbs adds 2 carbs to each, I'll be leaving it out.
