Keto Shrimp And Spicy Pesto Pasta
This quick and easy Keto pasta is rich with flavor and fats and is incredibly simple to prepare. Our low carb spaghetti is made with juicy jumbo shrimp, tender zucchini noodles and coated in our Keto spicy pepper pesto sauce. Perfect for weeknight dinners when you are short on time. Can I Use a Different Protein?
We have used cooked jumbo shrimp for our easy pesto pasta. This is a great option for quick and easy cooking when you want something fast and fuss-free. If you would like to use a different protein, diced chicken would be a great option, or you could even heat through some pre-cooked rotisserie chicken. Please be sure to adjust your macros to account for any changes made to the recipe and adjust your cooking times and methods accordingly for alternative proteins.
Can I Use Different Noodles?
We have used zucchini noodles for our simple low carb pasta. If you would like to use an alternative low carb vegetable, you can prepare the recipe with thinly sliced cabbage noodles or cooked spaghetti squash. Alternatively, you can serve the prawns and pesto with some zero carb miracle noodles.
Please note the prep time does not include the time it takes to make the pesto sauce.

Ingredients
Keto Spicy Pepper Pesto Sauce
4 tablespoons
Cooked Jumbo Shrimps by Daily Chef
2-½ ounce
Organic Zucchini Noodles by Whole Foods
2-½ cup
Parmesan Cheese Shaved by Publix
1 tablespoon
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Add the zucchini noodles to a medium saucepan. Set over a medium heat. Add the shrimp, salt and pepper and stir through the noodles.Step 2
Add the Keto spicy pepper pesto sauce. Stir well to combine, coating the zucchini and shrimp in the sauce. Heat through for 6-7 minutes or until the shrimp are piping hot through and the zucchini noodles are just tender. You do not want to overcook the zucchini as it will release too much liquid.Step 3
Divide the pasta between two serving bowls. Top the pasta with the parmesan shavings. Optionally you can scatter over a few more dried chili flakes for extra heat. Serve hot with your preferred Keto sides.
