Olive Oil

Maple Flavored Syrup by Lakanto
1 tablespoon
Gourmet Collection Smoked Paprika by Mccormick
1 tsp
Garlic Powder
½ teaspoon
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper

1 x 2 pound turkey leg

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.Step 2
Season the turkey leg with a pinch of salt and pepper, then wrap securely in the bacon strips.Step 3
Add the syrup, oil, paprika, garlic powder and a little salt and pepper to a mixing bowl and stir well to combine.Step 4
Set half of the marinade aside and liberally coat the wrapped turkey in the remaining half.Step 5
Transfer to the oven for 1 hour to bake. Remove from the oven and spoon over the remaining glaze. Bake for a further 30 minutes or until completely cooked through and the bacon is crisp and golden.
