Cherry Tomato
2 cherry
Cheddar Cheese
2 tablespoon, grated
Lettuce, Romaine Or Cos
1 cup, chopped
Scallions
1 small - 3" long
Hard Boiled Egg
1 medium
Mozzarella Cheese
1 tablespoon, grated
Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
Parmesan Cheese
1 tablespoon, grated
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Cucumber
¼ cup, sliced
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon

Step 1
Roughly slice the lettuce and finely slice the tomatoes. Layer the lettuce in the base of a mason jar or serving bowl and top with the tomatoes.Step 2
Dice the cucumber and slice the scallions. Layer over the tomatoes.Step 3
Slice the egg and layer over the salad.Step 4
Scatter the cheddar and mozzarella over the top of the egg.Step 5
Mix together the Parmesan, olive oil mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Spoon over the salad to serve.
