Keto Air Fryer Crispy Fried Eggs

There are many ways to make air fryer eggs, but this is our favorite method. Our method results in an egg with a jammy yolk and crispy edges. To make the eggs, we first melted the butter in the air fryer. Then the raw eggs are cracked on top of the butter. The eggs return to the air fryer for a brief four minutes until cooked through. This Keto Air Fryer recipe is a fail-proof way to make eggs!

What kind of eggs should I use?

Please try to use pasture-raised eggs that have been fed the most natural diet as possible.

Can I adjust the time and temperature for the eggs?

Yes, if you would like a less crispy egg and a more set center. Lower the air fryer temperature to 350 F, but for a more extended amount of time (around 5-6 minutes). The best part about the air fryer is that it is easy to pull the basket out to check how much longer the eggs need to cook.

What type of salt should I use?

We like to use pink Himalayan sea salt that is chock full of good-for-you minerals.

    Place butter in the bottom of an air fryer basket that has had the rack removed. Heat at 375 for 2 minutes until melted. Swirl the melted butter around the basket.
