Keto Easy Gummy Candies

These easy Keto gummies make for a great comfort food option to replace those candy cravings. Simple to prepare, these Keto gummies are sweet with low carb berries and also provide a dose of healthy Keto fats. Perfect to have on hand in the fridge when you are craving something a little sweet - totally guilt free!

How to Make Keto Gummy Candies

The ultimate Keto comfort food candy, these gummies are easy to make and just require some setting time in the fridge. Raspberries and blueberries are cooked down in a little water to create a simple low carb fruit jam. The fruit is then simmered with almond milk, low carb sweetener and coconut oil to create a creamy fruit syrup. Once prepared, the syrup is simply whisked with powdered gelatin and divided into individual moulds for setting.

Keto Gummies Tips

We have used blueberries and raspberries to create our delicious comfort candy. However, this would work just as well with strawberries if preferred. We have also used coconut oil to add a dose of Keto friendly fats to the gummies. You may swap this for MCT oil if desired. Be sure to adjust your macros for any changes made.

  • Step 1

Add the raspberries and blueberries to a small saucepan. Add three tablespoons of water. Bring up to a boil over a medium/ high heat. Allow the fruit and liquid to bubble for a minute whilst you carefully mash the fruit with the back of a fork, breaking down to a pulp.
    Step 1
  • Step 2

Add the almond milk, coconut oil and erythritol. Stir well to combine, melting the oil and mixing everything together thoroughly. You may use your preferred low carb sweetener or Keto friendly plant based milk if desired. Be sure to adjust your macros for any changes.
    Step 2
  • Step 3

Place a fine mesh sieve over a mixing bowl. Carefully pass the milky fruit mixture through the sieve. Press any pulp in the sieve down gently with the back of a spoon to ensure you have got all the liquid out. Discard the fruit pulp.
    Step 3
  • Step 4

Sprinkle the powdered gelatin over the surface of the fruit liquid. Quickly whisk the gelatin powder and warm fruit liquid together. It is important to do this quickly and thoroughly to ensure the gelatin is evenly distributed throughout the mixture and to ensure that it does not clump together.
    Step 4
  • Step 5

Select a silicone mould for your gummies. This recipe will create 30 gummies so you may need multiple moulds. We have used individual chocolate moulds as these are the perfect size for gummies. Carefully divide the fruit mixture evenly between the gummy moulds.
    Step 5
  • Step 6

Transfer the moulds to the fridge to firm and set. This should take no longer than an hour. Once set, you can simply pop the gummies from their moulds into an airtight container. Keep stored in the fridge until ready to eat.

Making this this week and not sure where my molds are. Do you guys think it would be fine to pour in to another container like a square pan and cut the number of gummies out as squares or rectangles

Could you use something like flavored water or sparkling water instead of the milk for a more clear product?

I use caffeine and sugar free fruit tea for clear gummies

You can use any liquid. Shouldn’t upset the gummy, I think it needs to be flat if it’s carbonated though.
