Beef Steak, Sirloin, No Visible Fat Eaten

Mushrooms
3 medium
Sesame Seeds
2 teaspoon, whole pieces
Bean Sprouts
1-½ cup, whole pieces
Tamari Sauce
1 tablespoon
Coconut Oil
1 tablespoon
Scallions
1 large
Garlic
1 clove
Ginger
1 slice - 1" diameter
Red Bell Peppers, Raw
½ medium - 2 1/2" diameter x 2 3/4"
Sesame Oil
½ tablespoon
Cilantro
¼ cup, chopped

Step 1
Slice the steak into thin strips. Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and add the beef strips, cooking until browned all over.Step 2
Slice the pepper, scallion, mushrooms and garlic and grate the ginger. Add to the pan along with the bean sprouts and fry for 4-5 minutes over a high heat until the vegetables are tender and the bean sprouts completely cooked through.Step 3
Add the tamari and sesame oil and stir well to combine.Step 4
Scatter with chopped fresh cilantro and sesame seeds to serve.
