Keto Scallops with Jumbo Shrimp in Lemon and Chive Butter

54 ratings

These deliciously rich, buttery scallops and shrimps are an excellent indulgent dinner when paired with a simple green salad, steamed broccoli or green beans.

The serving is for 2 as a main, however these would make great smaller portions for a dinner party starter.

This recipe calls for small ready to cook scallops and pre-cooked shrimp to minimise your prep time!

Made this with dillweed instead of chives and Ghee instead of butter. Delicious! Served it with Brussels sprouts that I roasted and topped with bacon and parmesan.

What size are the scallops 🤔? It doesn't specify in the recipe. Thanks 😊

                              Can frozen shrimp be used?

Yes just thaw shrimp and scallops before use and pat dry. If using raw shrimp follow directions. If using cooked shrimp already. Reverse order and do scallops first.

Hi, I have not tried this so I couldn't say for sure, however, I can't see why it wouldn't work with a little tweaking.

I had a similar dish at a restaurant ! The only difference was they added clams. I know that would add to the carb count but it was really good.
