Keto Gingerbread Hot Chocolate

This creamy and delicious drink definitely smells like Christmas and the holiday season. It's warm with deep flavors you'll love, but also completely Keto-friendly minus any unnecessary carbs. Adding some heavy whipping cream to the recipe will make this Keto gingerbread hot chocolate very creamy and will work perfectly with the remaining ingredients. Keto semi-sweet chocolate chips will melt perfectly and enhance the richness of this hot drink. If you don't have Keto chocolate chips, you can easily replace them with any other unsweetened chocolate you regularly use on your Keto diet. A great idea would be to add a few drops of orange juice or use orange-flavored chocolate instead.

Can I use coconut cream instead of heavy whipping cream?

Yes, you can definitely replace the heavy whipping cream with some coconut cream or full-fat coconut milk. The recipe will keep it's rich and creamy texture.

What type of granulated sweetener should I use?

You can use any type of granulated sweetener you usually use or you can skip it completely. The amount also depends on your taste.

Would the carb count drop much if I omitted the chocolate chips?

This is so silky and decadent. Next time I might add an extra pinch of ginger for more bite. Delicious 😋
