Keto Cheesy Mustard Mash

5 ratings

This quick and easy keto mash uses cauliflower in place of carb heavy potatoes and is rich with butter, mustard and tangy cheddar cheese.

This is a great side dish to pork or chicken dishes, perfect with sausages!

Honestly best keto recipe I've tried so far, SO easy, quick and tasty as anything! Prefer it to real mash. I even add some broccoli now and again too - works just as tasty.

Nice and creamy once I did my own take on it by adding double the amount of cheese, wholegrain mustard, garlic, salt & pepper. Came out creamy & v tasty I will be making this again v soon. I also chucked some broccoli in it too.
