Keto Crispy Sheet Pan Chicken Thighs

273 ratings

These chicken thighs are the easiest, go-to dinner! Simply sprinkle the thighs with a simple seasoning blend and roast in the oven. You’re left with super crispy skin and moist and flavorful meat. For the crispiest skin, make sure you dry the chicken well before adding the herbs and roasting. You can double the batch and make enough for the week or to feed a hungry crowd!

I do dry the skin, and then melt some butter, brush it all over the thighs before adding seasonings. Helps them STICK! Golly gee YUM!!!

This was so tasty, crispy and easy to cook. I used chicken thighs with skin on and on the bone. I cooked at 400 for 30 min! Will definitely make again and again.

I've made chicken thighs like this long before I heard about Keto. For even more crispy skin, cut alomg each side of the bone. Don't cut through. Then spread the thigh out flat. I sprinkle both sides with kosher salt, pepper, and Weber's Roasted Garlic & Herb. Oh so good. Cut the cook time back to 30 minutes

So easy, filling, and delicious! This will be a regular in my diet. Chicken thighs are underrated. The thigh meat is the most juicy and full of flavor.

Made this recipe tonight. I am not a fan of thighs, but they were good. The skin was nice and crunchy and I did enjoy it despite not usually eating the skin. My 8 yr old enjoyed them too. We made them in the air fryer about 12-15 min at 4000 each side and broiled as needed for the skin.

This was excellent! Leaving the skin on adds flavour and makes it nice and crispy!
