Keto Christmas Vegetarian Mushroom Dressing
This Keto Vegetarian Christmas recipe makes a great festive dressing or stuffing mix for roasted vegetables. Packed with mushrooms, Keto-friendly nuts, aromatic herbs and a hint of festive fruits, this low carb Christmas recipe makes a simple yet flavorsome side for the festive table. Perfect to accompany your favorite low carb Christmas mains.
Are Mushrooms Keto?
Mushrooms are a great addition to a low carb diet when enjoyed in moderation. We have used three cups of mushrooms for our Keto vegetarian Christmas recipe, divided between 8 servings. This gives enough flavor and texture while keeping the carb count low.
Adaptations
We have added dried cranberries and a little orange to our Keto Christmas dressing for a touch of festive flavor. However, these do add a few extra carbs to the dish. This recipe is extremely versatile, so if you do not wish to use fruit, you can simply omit or adjust the recipe to taste. Likewise, you can swap the herbs or use different low carb nuts as preferred. Please be sure to adjust your macros to account for any changes made to the original recipe.
