Ultimate Keto Drinking Chocolate
This fantastic drinking chocolate is among the best simple Keto desserts you will try this season. It takes 10 minutes to prepare and tastes absolutely amazing! This lovely recipe can be served as a quick dessert or a lovely treat during cold winter days. We added some ground cinnamon and ginger to the recipe, but you can adjust the spices according to your taste. This lovely recipe is an excellent idea for the entire family (especially the kids). You can adjust the amount of sweetener according to your taste (this will also depend on the type of unsweetened chocolate you're using). Enjoy!
How do you customize this recipe?
As mentioned above, you can adjust the amount of spices according to your taste. You can also add a pinch of nutmeg or ground cloves – it's completely up to you! If you're serving this fabulous drink to adults of legal drinking age, feel free to add some rum (it tastes fantastic). Serve this Keto drinking chocolate with some shredded chocolate, sugar-free whipped cream, or simply as it is! Enjoy!
Can I prepare this recipe in advance?
Absolutely! This is a great recipe to prepare in advance. You can store it in the fridge for a day or two and simply reheat it when ready to serve.
How can I make this recipe dairy-free?
You can substitute the heavy whipping cream with the same full-fat coconut milk (canned) for equally delicious and dairy-free drinking chocolate. In that case, use your favorite unsweetened dairy-free chocolate (or chocolate chips).

With 18g of carbs this recipe can’t really be called keto. For serious keto people, 18g is almost an entire day’s worth of carbs. Just putting “keto” in the title doesn’t make it keto. Despite the claims, allulose and other sugar in substitutes do affect glucose and insulin negatively.

It's based on 4 servings with 3g carbs per serving.

Allulose is a sugar that the body can’t digest or absorb. So does not affect blood sugar. This makes 4 servings and subtract fiber and allulose from carbs.

I know you subtract fiber from the total carbs, but you subtract the sugar alcohol too in order to get net carbs?? I’m confused!

I’d just use cocoa powder to save on the carbs.

Look closer. Its only 3g of carbs. You haven't subtracted the fiber & sugar alcohol.
