Our one-pan weeknight recipes are the best way to enjoy a wonderful Keto-friendly dinner with your loved ones without all the unnecessary washing up and cleaning. This amazing dinner recipe is an excellent combination of tender chicken breast and creamy garlic sauce we promise you'll love. We added a small amount of red pepper flakes to the sauce but feel free to add some more or add a few drops of your favorite Keto-friendly hot sauce. This lovely recipe is good as it is, but it can also be paired with various Keto sides or a slice of your favorite Keto bread. Enjoy!

How to make this recipe dairy-free?

  • Step 1

    Slice the chicken breast in half horizontally. Slightly pound each until approximately 1 cm (0.4 inch) thick. Season each piece with salt and pepper.

    Slice the spring onions. Add butter and olive oil to the pan and heat up over medium-high heat. Add the onions and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5 minutes on each side. The meat should be lightly golden brown but not fully cooked through. Reduce the heat to medium-low.

    Finely chop the parsley. Peel and mince the garlic. Add the broth, garlic, heavy cream, parsley, and red pepper flakes to the pan. Stir well and cook for 15 minutes.

    Taste and optionally add more salt or black pepper. Transfer to serving plates and garnish with lemon slices or freshly chopped dill or fennel. Enjoy!

    Made two versions of this FANTASTIC dinner: one with the red pepper flakes and one without, due to family tastes. I served with steamed broccoli, which was lightly drizzled with the tasty sauce. Was an absolute hit with the entire family. Will make this again and especially make the sauce again. Could see adding mushrooms to the mix also. Would recommend 100%.
