Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.Step 2
Add the almonds and pepitas to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.Step 3
Add the mustard powder, paprika, salt, maple flavored syrup and olive oil. Use your hands to rub the oil, syrup and seasonings all over the nuts and seeds.Step 4
Arrange across a shallow oven tray and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Cool completely and store in a clean airtight container.
