  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Add the almonds and pepitas to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.

    Add the mustard powder, paprika, salt, maple flavored syrup and olive oil. Use your hands to rub the oil, syrup and seasonings all over the nuts and seeds.

    Arrange across a shallow oven tray and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Cool completely and store in a clean airtight container.
